I made my indoor plant a soil moisture meter which reports the values to Azure cloud. However, I had some trouble making my D1 mini board to sleep and wake up reliably. Eventually I just bought some decent ones and, since I don't have any contacts to boot punchers, decided to build a tool to make them more compatible with my feet.
